GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KREX) — In 2023 Wells Fargo relocated from the intersection of 4th and Main streets, leaving behind a 55,000 square foot building that has been vacant since then. WesternSlopeNow spoke to Brian Bray, the realtor in charge of selling the property. Bray confirmed that although the buyer has not announced their purchase yet, they plan to turn the space into offices. Bray hopes that this will revive the corner of Main Street where the building stands.
