GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KREX) — Lori McInnis, the wife of former U.S. Representative and Mesa County Commissioner Scott McInnis, was arrested in April on charges involving drinking and driving.
According to the arrest summons, Mesa County deputies stopped McInnis on April 9, 2024, on the 1400 block of North Avenue. She was charged with careless driving, driving under the influence of alcohol, and driving with excessive alcohol content.
McInnis was administered a breathalyzer test which resulted in a reading of .202, which is more than twice the legal limit of .08.
Lori McInnis is scheduled to appear in court in July.
