GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KREX) — Colorado Treasurer Dave Young discussed the recently extended CLIMBER Act.
On June 3, Governor Jared Polis signed House Bill 24-1453, extending the Colorado Loans to Increase Mainstreet Business Economic Resiliency Loan Fund, also known as CLIMBER.
The fund was originally created in 2020 to help small businesses during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Small businesses can apply for loans on the CLIMBER website. $250 million is available in the fund.
