Community Food Bank of GJ talks Hunger Action Month

GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KREX) — On Thursday, Alisha Wenger, executive director of the Community Food Bank of Grand Junction, joined WesternSlopeNow to talk Hunger Action Month.

Wenger shared what Hunger Action Month is, the food bank's ongoing efforts to combat hunger, transforming the old 7th Street Deli into a community cafe and how locals can help fight against hunger.
