MESA COUNTY, Colo. (KREX) - Early Friday afternoon, several cars were broken into at the Liberty Cap Trailhead on the Colorado National Monument.
Mesa County Sheriff's Office is investigating the incident after the suspect smashed the driver side window of about five different cars. One woman told WesternSlopeNow the suspect reportedly stole her purse.
There are no suspects currently.
