GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KREX) - A fiery, single-vehicle crash on G Road sent one person to the hospital Wednesday night.
Around 10:50 p.m., the Grand Junction Fire and Police departments responded to G Road and Horizon Drive. When officers arrived, they saw a vehicle crashed into a light pole and completely engulfed in flames. The fire department quickly extinguished the blaze.
All the parties were out of the vehicle, but one passenger was transported to the hospital with suspected minor injuries, according to GJPD.
Alcohol is being looked at as a factor, the police department told WesternSlopeNow.
