GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KREX) — The Grand Junction Police Department is currently asking for help locating a person who went missing Jan. 9.
23-year-old James Moen, known to some as Jem or Tristin Ragan, is 5'4", 250 pounds and he drives a 2003 black Nissan Altima with no bumper and Colorado plates CCZ-C40. His last location is presumed to be in the Glade Park area of the Colorado National Monument.
