GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KREX) — Atmospheric river moisture is moving along the west coast today with a high-pressure system keeping the interior west clear and warm. This high pressure system is circulating warm dry air for the next few days as long as the western slope stays within this radius. Warm temperatures are helping clear up those roads again. We broke records yesterday and potentially could break records again today. As we track this high-pressure system further to the east temperatures will drop again with moisture from the atmospheric river making its way toward us here in Colorado. Showers will be expected this weekend with that dip in temperatures. Clear skies are expected for this week.
