MONTROSE, Colo. (KREX) — The Montrose County Sheriff's Office is looking for good people to turn into good cops. They will be hiring four new deputies, two detention deputies and two patrol deputies.
When hired, the accepted applicants will go through 17 weeks of police academy training and an additional four to five months of on-the-job training.
