GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KREX) — Denise Rodriguez works as an advocate for Freedom Institute. Freedom Institute helps reintegrate people who have been incarcerated back into society. However, that is just the start to Denise's work. She is also a youth advocate and runs small workshops for the youth and adults to better understand how to help the youth, which are just a few reasons Denise is nominated for our 2024 Remarkable Woman award.
